Return/ Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return / cancellation policy on all items.
If you change your mind or the item is not suitable, you are welcome to cancel the order and return it for a full refund within 14 days from receipt. Our refund will cover the cost of the full original payment, including any original postage, but you are responsible for any return postage and packaging costs. The item must be compete unused and with all retail packaging.
If an item is faulty and you purchased it more than 14 days ago, it is our aim to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. We may offer a repair or replacement of the item, or offer a price reduction or refund.
If the product is to be repaired, and the manufacturer has provided a helpline, repair service or warranty, please contact the manufacturer direct in the first instance. If you require assistance with locating the manufacturer or their contact details, please contact us.
If there is no such service or warranty with the product, in most instances we will either offer a repair or where this is not possible, we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model.
If you need to return an item, please contact with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please include a short note in all returns with the following information on:
1. Your name, address and telephone number so we can identify who the parcel is from.
2. The reason for the return. For example: Unwanted item, does not fit, faulty etc...
3. The action you wish us to take. For example: Full refund.
